Wall Street advanced on Monday, following a two-day sell-off, as investors took an optimistic view on domestic growth amid reassuring comments from Federal Reserve policy makers. The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 126 points, or 0.8%, to 16,510. The S&P 500 SPX closed nine points, or 0.5%, higher at 1,967. The Nasdaq Composite ended the day two points higher, up less than 0.1%, at 4,829.
