We are delighted to confirm that on December 7th, 2012 the Guernsey Financial Services Commission approved the deal for MitonOptimal Group to purchase a majority stake in Argyll Investment Services Limited (“Argyll”). Argyll will take on the brand of the MitonOptimal Group from January 3rd, 2013 and will adopt the new name of MitonOptimal Portfolio Management (CI) Limited (“MitonOptimal CI”).
